Come to class and challenge your Bestie! This class comprises of partnered work that included all the fun things! Resistance bands, medicine balls, core bags ad what ever else makes you and your Bestie Burn!


Designed by the Sports Scientist on the team, ButtKick is the most popular programme on the timetable. Combining cardio with resistance, these classes have demonstrated long term weight and inch loss, tone and fitness gain with higher calorie burn lasting 48 hours.

These classes are designed around an 8 Week Group Training Plan and optional weekly weigh in with 4 weeks body measurements for £1 per week!

Baby Bod Mother

Bring your baby and exercise together!
A safe, effective exercise class designed by our in house Level 3 Post Natal Exercise Developer. These classes will help strengthen the body for carrying the baby and to get you back in shape.

Fairy Interval

Fairy Hiit – is an enhanced form of interval training, alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods and body weight resistance.
Plyo – ‘jump training’ in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time
Strength – designed to improve strength and lean muscle mass
These intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined


POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!”

RockHARD is an enhanced form of circuit based interval training (like an adult obstacle course!) alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. RockHARD is a form of cardiovascular exercise interspersed with body weight resistance. These intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Sculpt and Balance

Utilising those stomach, arm and leg muscles, this class not only increases metabolic rate but also increases bone density! Think of Old School Toning complemented by our Balance Class (descriptor above)


Spin is a fun and immersive experience, supporting you and motivating you all the way through your fitness journey.

In a fast and furious session, YOU decide how far you want to push yourself, our instructors are there to guide you, carry you and encourage you along your ride.
